Got up this morning, ate a banana and drank a glass of water and ran for a couple of hours covering a distance of 24,4 km in 2:25. Admitted I had problems the last two and walked for a while but the average speed was still under my regular 6m/km limit.
Made the half-marathon distance in 1:57!
Still a while to go to a full Marathon but with some serious moments of zen over the next weeks who knows?
